Create and modify URLs and URL parameters easily, with a builder class.

Use with Maven

For 2.0.7 and newer:

Pull requests are more than welcome.

Please create a preliminary pull request with failing unit tests for your cases, and then a separate pull request to fix the failing tests.

That way I can merge the tests quickly, and it’ll motivate me and others to fix them.
